當時在療養中的梵高被許可 En Plein Air ，他在佇立於麥田間的絲柏樹中看出了高貴的品質。這次嘗試用線材的層次疊砌，重現畫中由重塗厚塗所堆疊出的黃綠波浪，並特別運用微柔的絨毛來帶過畫布上陽光反白的部分；希望可以小心翼翼地，把整座風吹麥田溫柔地拿在手中。
這是一款比較 Loud、色彩明亮鮮活的特色線材，非常適合拿來做 Bold 且 Eye-catching 的 Statement Piece！

Vincent van Gogh’s Green Wheat Field with Cypress is another absolute favourite of mine! Today, I’m thrilled to introduce 159 Van Gogh’s Wheat Field to our Studio Blend collection.
While recovering, Van Gogh was allowed to paint en plein air, finding a noble majesty in the cypress trees standing amidst the swaying wheat. For this shade, I built up layered textures to capture the vibrant yellow-green waves created by his heavy impasto technique. A delicate, soft halo strand is woven in to mimic the subtle white reflections of sunlight across the canvas—letting you hold a quiet, wind-blown field of wheat in your hands.
It is a lively, statement-making colour full of bright energy, perfectly suited for bold, eye-catching knitwear that takes centre stage!

First Wash & Care: As these are mill-coned yarns, a thin layer of protective spinning oil remains on the fibers. Please gently soak and wash your completed swatch or garment prior to wearing. This process thoroughly removes the oil and fully blossoms the yarn, revealing its true softness and fluffiness.
Curated Sourcing & Inventory: This yarn is sourced through a combination of direct mill orders, factory excess, deadstock and specialized international wholesale suppliers. Due to clearing processes, re-spooling, or the absence of retail commercial labels on certain cones, exact fiber percentages for unbranded/mixed items are unstated and cannot be guaranteed. If precise specifications are essential for your project, you can easily filter for our fully documented pure wool.
Post-Wash Characteristics: Post-Wash Characteristics – Like many cone yarns, the true gauge, softness, and bloom (fluffing) develop significantly after the first wash as residual spinning lubricants are washed away. Tension Swatch – Always knit and wash a tension swatch before starting your main project to ensure accurate sizing. Care Instructions – Gentle hand wash in cool water; lay flat to dry.
Colorfastness & Floating Color: High-saturation or deeply dyed shades may release a mild excess of dye (floating color) during the very first wash. This is completely normal and will not affect the richness of the shade. If you are working on a multi-color project, we kindly recommend test-washing a swatch first to ensure optimal results.
