Stripped of heavy saturation, this palette relies entirely on subtle, quiet muted tones to evoke light sea breezes and open air. It took some time to fine-tune, but I’ve finally captured the ideal colourway: 156 Camille on the Beach.
In the summer of 1870 on the beaches of Trouville, Monet caught the fleeting moment of wind moving through fabric with his brush. Rather than striking, vivid hues, this shade feels like a memory gently sun-bleached by sea salt and soft light. To bring this dimensional softness to life, we blended smooth wool with an ultra-fine, highly textured bouclé.
With its comforting condensed milk and cream undertones, it exudes an effortlessly chic, relaxed quality. Running at 130 m / 50 g, it is ready to knit directly on ~4.0 mm needles. Each cone weighs approximately 285 g (including core)—just two cones are enough to complete a graceful, cozy sweater!
