Dispatch Time: Your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched within 2-7 business days from one of our hubs (Sweden, Germany, or Hong Kong).

First Wash & Care: As these are mill-coned yarns, a thin layer of protective spinning oil remains on the fibers. Please gently soak and wash your completed swatch or garment prior to wearing. This process thoroughly removes the oil and fully blossoms the yarn, revealing its true softness and fluffiness.

Curated Sourcing & Inventory: This yarn is sourced through a combination of direct mill orders, factory excess, deadstock and specialized international wholesale suppliers. Due to clearing processes, re-spooling, or the absence of retail commercial labels on certain cones, exact fiber percentages for unbranded/mixed items are unstated and cannot be guaranteed. If precise specifications are essential for your project, you can easily filter for our fully documented pure wool.

Post-Wash Characteristics: Post-Wash Characteristics – Like many cone yarns, the true gauge, softness, and bloom (fluffing) develop significantly after the first wash as residual spinning lubricants are washed away. Tension Swatch – Always knit and wash a tension swatch before starting your main project to ensure accurate sizing. Care Instructions – Gentle hand wash in cool water; lay flat to dry.

Colorfastness & Floating Color: High-saturation or deeply dyed shades may release a mild excess of dye (floating color) during the very first wash. This is completely normal and will not affect the richness of the shade. If you are working on a multi-color project, we kindly recommend test-washing a swatch first to ensure optimal results.
