One day after leaving Hong Kong, I finally arrived the Netherlands on a rainy day. Had a perfect sleep on the flight with three seats space, and happily watched Le Fabuleux Destin d’Amélie Poulain. From a city of neon light to the countryside, I reached the apartment which is really our home. Breathing the most perfect fresh air, walking on the street without pressure and limit. This slice of parma ham makes me feel like I’m reborning in the middle of the year.
